The role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior-level position designed for an experienced professional who is passionate about building high-performing teams within the manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we attract the talent necessary to maintain our high standards of quality and operational success.

Core responsibilities

• Proactively search candidate databases to identify and connect with top-tier talent who align with our mission.
• Evaluate candidate suitability through application screening and actively generate high-quality employee referrals.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Simtra by authentically communicating our culture and expectations to prospective hires while leading a positive, professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Skills and experience

• A bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting, or 15 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 5 years of dedicated experience working within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
