What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Systems Operations Engineer to join us on a Full Time basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining the next generation of our IT infrastructure and endpoint management. You will work in a hybrid capacity, with a requirement to be in our central London office 1 to 2 days per week. Your expertise in Technology, Okta, Terraform, Jamf, Python, and BASH will be essential to your success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing, managing, and documenting our internal IT infrastructure and cloud server environments.
• Optimizing Okta administration through automation to enhance security and streamline identity management tasks.
• Scaling and managing our fleet of macOS and Windows devices to ensure a seamless experience for our global team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a solution-oriented professional with at least 3 years of experience in a senior IT role. You should possess strong technical proficiency in managing enterprise environments, specifically with macOS or Linux systems. We are looking for someone with deep knowledge of Okta administration, including workflows and API integrations. Experience with Atlassian tools, Google Workspace, and GitHub is highly valued, and the ability to write infrastructure as code is a significant advantage. You must be comfortable using programming languages like Python or BASH to solve complex problems. A high level of proficiency in English is required, and you should be someone who thrives on establishing best practices and driving security standards across an organization.
