What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. - Create system-level qualification plans for our liquid rocket engines and propulsion systems.
- Conduct system-level trade studies and risk assessments, such as FMEA, to develop robust architecture concepts alongside engine leads.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in aerospace systems engineering and a commitment to collaborative, inclusive work. We value candidates who bring both technical expertise and a desire to mentor others.
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience applying systems engineering processes, including design reviews, requirements validation, and risk assessments.
- Proficiency with technical documentation and tools, including Visio or similar schematic software.
- Familiarity with government and DoD contracts and specifications.
- The ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships across the organization.
What's in it for you?
We offer a competitive base salary range of $100,000 to $140,000, which is determined based on your unique education, skills, and experience. In addition to your salary, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health and long-term financial goals:
