The opportunity

We are searching for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of our ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will be a key resource in our process-oriented environment, taking ownership of the full development lifecycle from initial design to final release. You will work closely with IT management and our business partners to build a platform roadmap that enhances functionality and delivers real value across the organization. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to contribute to our mission from anywhere while helping us streamline our internal workflows and technical solutions.

A day in the life

• Collaborate with functional teams to design, develop, and implement automated workflow solutions that improve our operational efficiency.
• Manage the platform ecosystem by integrating third-party applications, performing system upgrades, and overseeing data management through imports and updates.
• Configure Orchestration and Flow workflows while rolling out custom functionality to meet the evolving needs of our business.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in software development and systems engineering. You possess either a Master’s degree in Computer Science with three years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with five years of experience. You are highly proficient in ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, and CMDB modules, and you hold active certifications as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow ITIL v3.

Your technical toolkit includes:

• Deep expertise in JavaScript, Jelly Script, HTML, CSS, XML, and AJAX.
• Experience with API integrations using REST, LDAP, SOAP, and JDBC.
• Proficiency in AngularJS and Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• A proven track record of managing platform configurations, including business rules, UI policies, and ACLs.
