Role at a glance
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United States. Your impact
- Lead the design, testing, and implementation of large-scale, complex platforms, including hardware, software, and essential systems tools.
- Collaborate with internal business units and application development teams to configure platforms for seamless product installation.
- Act as a high-level escalation point, providing expert technical support and guidance to our field services and support technician teams.
