We pride ourselves on being a fast-growing company that values tenacity and problem-solving, and we are constantly looking for talented individuals to help us secure our customers' environments. As a key member of our IT organization, you will report directly to the CISO and take ownership of our ServiceNow platform while supporting our broader internal infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the ServiceNow platform, including managing configurations, licensing, vendor relationships, and system governance.
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of customer environments, including the development of automated workflows and service catalog items.
- Serve as a high-level escalation point for internal IT support, managing identity platforms like Okta and Google Workspace, as well as endpoint operations for macOS devices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have 3 to 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years dedicated to ServiceNow administration. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- Strong technical proficiency in ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and scripting languages such as JavaScript.
- Experience managing core SaaS platforms, including Slack, Jira, and Kandji MDM.
- A solid understanding of identity and access management, specifically SSO, SAML, and Okta.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC2 or ISO27001.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Note: This position is subject to ITAR regulations, requiring candidates to be U.S. Persons.

- Medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance.
- A 401k retirement program.
- Paid time off, including maternity and paternity leave.
- A unique professional development benefit to help you expand your skill set.
- The flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
