Role at a glance

This is a Senior Systems Administrator position offered on a full-time basis. While the role is based in our Melbourne, Florida office, we offer a hybrid work arrangement that allows for working from home up to two days per week after your first 90 days. You will be instrumental in managing our systems and ensuring our technology environment remains secure and efficient.

Your impact

• Architect and deploy a reliable Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure to support our growing needs.
• Drive efficiency by utilizing PowerShell to automate tasks and improve system scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor application performance and troubleshoot complex network or database issues.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in IT and a commitment to our organizational values. We require either a high school diploma with five years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree in an IT field with three years of experience.

• Proven expertise with Citrix VDI and VMware virtualization technologies.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft products, including Active Directory, Office 365, and domain architecture.
• Experience managing cloud environments, specifically AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in EDI and network architecture.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Perks and compensation

The base salary range for this position is $87,000 - $115,000. Additionally, you will be eligible for an annual bonus target of 10% of your annual eligible earnings, based on individual and organizational performance.
