About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will provide hands-on support for our Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and act as a key technical resource for our internal departments. You will manage everything from LAN support and patch management to complex system architecture, ensuring our technology remains reliable and efficient for our staff and members.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy robust Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure while monitoring application performance and availability.
• Utilize automation tools like PowerShell to improve system efficiency and scalability across our environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot network, database, and application issues, while participating in 24/7 escalation support rotations.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in IT systems and a commitment to our organizational values. We require either a high school diploma or GED with five years of relevant IT experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field combined with three years of experience.

Your technical toolkit should include:

• Extensive experience with Citrix VDI and VMware virtualization technologies.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft products, including Active Directory, Office 365, and domain architecture.
• Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot cloud environments, specifically Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with EDI and network architecture principles.

Location

This position is based in our Melbourne, FL office. We operate on a hybrid schedule, allowing for the possibility of working from home up to two days per week after your first 90 days of employment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $87,000 to $115,000. Additionally, you will be eligible for an annual bonus target of 10% of your annual eligible earnings, based on individual and organizational performance.
