We are searching for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. You will play a vital role in ensuring our corporate IT infrastructure remains robust and efficient. By managing our diverse tech stack and implementing standardized processes, you will directly influence how our global team connects and performs. A day in the life

• You will oversee our corporate IT infrastructure, ensuring that both our servers and workstations are running smoothly and securely.
• You will act as a champion for ITIL processes, including incident, change, and configuration management, to keep our operations organized and reliable.
• You will provide hands-on support for our essential tools, such as AWS, Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira, while managing user onboarding and device provisioning through platforms like Jamf and Kandji.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with over seven years of experience in systems administration. You possess a deep understanding of cloud and SaaS environments, and you are comfortable troubleshooting both macOS and Windows systems. We value candidates who are proactive, resilient, and eager to learn new technologies. To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• You hold an ITIL 4 Foundations certification and have a strong grasp of IT security best practices.
• You have hands-on experience with Microsoft and Google cloud platforms, as well as identity providers like Okta.
• You are highly proficient in English, with C1 to C2 level skills, allowing you to communicate clearly and effectively with our international team.
• You are a natural problem solver who enjoys working independently but thrives when helping others succeed.
