What you bring

As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will serve as a key technical resource for our organization. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Melbourne, Florida, where you will play a vital role in maintaining our infrastructure and ensuring our systems run smoothly. You will be expected to work onsite, with the flexibility to work from home twice a week after your first 90 days. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing hands-on management and support for our Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
• Architecting and deploying robust Microsoft Windows Server environments while utilizing PowerShell to drive automation and efficiency.
• Collaborating across departments to troubleshoot complex network, database, and application issues to ensure high availability and performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep technical background in VMWare, Microsoft products, and Office 365. We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge of network architecture, EDI, and cloud platforms including AWS and Microsoft Azure. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, as you will frequently interact with internal customers and participate in a 24x7 escalation rotation. Regarding your background, we require either a high school diploma or GED combined with five years of relevant IT experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field paired with three years of professional experience. What we offer

We are pleased to offer a salary range of $87,000 to $115,000 for this position, with an additional opportunity to earn an annual bonus target of 10% based on performance.
