The role

We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a senior-level position designed for someone who thrives on designing and managing end-user productivity tools at scale. You will act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring our cloud and on-premise infrastructure supports our growth and operational goals.

Core responsibilities

• Design and deploy agile, innovative solutions across cloud and on-premise environments to boost user productivity and engagement.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, build comprehensive project plans, and drive technology outcomes to completion.
• Standardize our tool sets to reduce complexity, increase automation across the enterprise, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in cloud-first environments and a passion for modernizing IT systems. We require the following qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience designing and implementing end-user computing solutions using tools like AWS, Google Workspace, Azure AD, Jamf, and Intune.
• 4 or more years of experience administering Azure Active Directory within a large-scale enterprise setting.
• 4 or more years of experience integrating collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Gmail, and Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or Python.
• Expertise in Windows and MacOS deployment, security, and patching best practices.
• Advanced hardware troubleshooting skills for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a proven ability to lead and train peers.
• Bonus points if you hold certifications in ITIL, TOGAF, Agile, Azure AZ-900, or the Google IT Support Professional Certificate.
