We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to join our team in the United States. At Eventide, we focus on maintaining robust infrastructure and providing high-quality technical support to ensure our systems run smoothly for everyone.

Responsibilities

Manage and support our core network, systems, and overall infrastructure.
Deliver prompt technical and desktop assistance to our end users.
Handle workstation setups for new employees and perform necessary system upgrades.
Oversee the helpdesk queue and respond to incoming support tickets.
Collaborate directly with users to resolve their technical challenges.
Troubleshoot complex issues involving Windows 10 and 11, Active Directory, DNS, and IP networking.
Support and take a lead role in upcoming migration and compliance projects.

Must-haves

Proven experience in a senior technical or administrative role.
Deep knowledge of Windows environments and Windows 10.
Strong proficiency in managing Active Directory and DNS configurations.
Solid understanding of networking principles.
Fluency in English to communicate effectively with our team and users.

Benefits

The salary range for this full-time, on-site position is 70,000 USD to 80,000 USD annually. We also provide the following perks:
