What you bring

As a Senior Support Engineer, you will bridge the gap between technical engineering and customer advocacy. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates located anywhere. Your role involves deep engagement with our cloud infrastructure stack, including Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, and Azure. You will be responsible for the following:

• Providing direct assistance to customers to resolve complex architectural challenges and technical issues.
• Developing and refining our internal support processes to ensure we deliver a scalable, customer-first experience.
• Collaborating with our engineering team to influence the product roadmap and contributing code when opportunities arise.

Requirements

We are looking for a senior-level professional who combines technical expertise with a strong sense of personal responsibility. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguous situations with clarity and possess a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Proficiency in English is required for our communication channels. You should have hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider and a solid understanding of Kubernetes. Familiarity with tools such as Helm, Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, Rancher, and Docker is essential. We value candidates who are eager to learn and can communicate effectively with customers via email, Slack, and video calls during our core support hours.

What we offer
