Senior Support Engineer at Kubecost

We specialize in building intelligence and tooling to help teams manage the cost, reliability, and performance of their Kubernetes infrastructure. With our flagship product, Kubecost, we are helping organizations operate at scale, and we are looking for a Senior Support Engineer to join our fully distributed team. What you'll be doing

• You will act as a technical partner to our customers, helping them implement Kubecost and navigate complex architectural challenges.
• You will proactively resolve technical issues by investigating problems, testing features, and collaborating with our engineering team to improve the product.
• You will take the lead on refining our support processes and creating high-quality documentation, guides, and tools to ensure our users have a world-class experience.

What you'll bring

We are looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise with a genuine desire to help others. You should be comfortable working in a remote environment and possess the following qualifications:

• Strong experience with Kubernetes and at least one major cloud provider, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with tools like Helm, Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, Rancher, and Docker.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically via Slack, email, and video calls.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to solve complex problems independently.
• Availability to work during our core support hours, which are 9am to 8pm Eastern Time.

What you'll get
