We are currently looking for a talented professional to help us expand our influence and accelerate our growth by building a robust partner ecosystem.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Director to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level individual contributor role where you will take the lead on developing and executing our partnership and channel strategy. You will operate with high autonomy, reporting directly to our CRO, and will be responsible for building scalable relationships with industry influencers, associations, ERP vendors, and technology providers to generate new pipeline and drive co-marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate high-potential partnerships with trade associations, ERP platforms, and complementary software providers to establish ServiceTrade as the preferred solution in the commercial contracting space.
  • Collaborate across our marketing, sales, and product teams to launch co-selling and co-marketing programs that generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Develop and implement a repeatable partner engagement playbook, including processes for partner tiering, enablement, and ROI tracking, while using Salesforce to report on pipeline impact.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have 10 or more years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances within the B2B SaaS sector. We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable working as a team of one and possesses a strong bias for action. You should have a proven track record of building ecosystems that deliver measurable business results, along with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Experience working with ERPs and industry associations is highly valued, as is a background in PE-backed companies or construction technology.
