Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to lead our global distributor network and drive growth across the APAC region. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our offices at Babraham Research Park in Cambridge. While this is an office-based role, we offer hybrid working arrangements, though you should be prepared for international travel up to 60% of the time to support our partners directly.
Your impact
- Design and execute a comprehensive global channel strategy that aligns with our direct sales efforts across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
- Drive revenue growth by managing distributor performance, overseeing sales pipelines, and ensuring accurate forecasting through our CRM systems.
- Cultivate deep, strategic partnerships that turn our distributors into a seamless extension of our own commercial and technical teams, with a specific focus on scaling our presence in the APAC market.
What you'll need
- A degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field, combined with a proven track record in international sales or distributor management within the Life Science sector.
- A solid technical grasp of iPSCs and their role in drug discovery, alongside experience in consultative selling and CRM management.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, a high level of accountability, and the ability to build trust with diverse, international teams.
- While not required, experience managing relationships within the APAC region, fluency in Japanese or other APAC languages, and an existing network in the local life science ecosystem would be highly advantageous.
Perks and compensation
- Hybrid work flexibility to support a healthy work-life balance.
- The opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and a world-leading scientific advisory board.
- A dynamic, inclusive environment that encourages personal development and collaborative growth.
