We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer who is ready to take ownership of our internal Enterprise Resource Planning software and help us continue to innovate at a massive scale.

What you'll be doing

• You will lead the architectural design and development of our core internal ERP system, which serves as the foundation for our operational and financial success.
• You will manage the full product lifecycle, taking features from initial concept and ideation through to deployment and long-term maintenance.
• You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, marketing, and ad operations to translate complex business requirements into efficient, user-friendly software solutions.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a deep technical background and a collaborative spirit. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong, demonstrated focus on Ruby on Rails.
• Proven expertise in architecting, building, and scaling complex, high-traffic applications.
• A deep understanding of database schema design and the ability to build robust, fault-tolerant systems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to make strategic technical decisions that align with our broader business goals.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical implementation and the needs of non-technical stakeholders.
