What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in the United States. You will play a pivotal role in architecting and building our internal enterprise software, which is essential to our operational efficiency and revenue growth. Your daily contributions will focus on the following areas:

• Leading the architecture and development of our primary Ruby on Rails-based internal systems.
• Managing the full product lifecycle, from initial concept and ideation through to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, ad ops, marketing, and planning to ensure our software solutions directly support our financial and operational goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess at least five years of professional software engineering experience with a deep technical focus on Ruby on Rails. We value candidates who have a proven track record of building and scaling complex applications while maintaining robust, efficient database schemas.
