What you bring

In this full-time, remote role, you will serve as a key leader on our engineering team, focusing on the development and maintenance of our data pipelines and infrastructure. You will work across a diverse stack to ensure our partners have the reliable tools necessary to fuel their advocacy efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and maintaining robust data products and pipelines using industry-standard tools.
• Integrating AI-driven toolkits into our existing workflows to enhance platform capabilities.
• Leading with a security-first mindset while managing deployments within our cloud environment.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a collaborative, remote environment and approaches complex problems with empathy and creativity. You should have a strong background in data infrastructure, including experience with Python, SQL, Apache Airflow, Google BigQuery, dbt, Airbyte, and Terraform on Google Cloud Platform. Proficiency in English is required, and you must be authorized to work in the United States. We value individuals who can navigate ambiguous requirements, communicate effectively with product teams, and bring a proactive, test-driven approach to their code. While you do not need to be an expert in every tool we use, a curiosity for experimenting with AI technologies is highly encouraged.

What we offer
