We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our team in a hybrid capacity within the United States.

What is this role?

We are searching for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that requires deep expertise in Ruby on Rails. You will play a pivotal role in leading the architecture and development of our internal Enterprise Resource Planning software, which is essential for automating our operations and supporting our financial growth. What will you do?

• Take the lead on architecting and developing our Rails-based internal ERP software to ensure it remains a robust cornerstone of our business infrastructure.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, which includes everything from initial concept and design to deployment, ongoing enhancement, and refactoring of existing code.
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, such as our sales, planning, ad ops, and marketing teams, to transform their requirements into efficient and user-friendly technical solutions.
