What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Staff Site Reliability Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will focus on managing compute infrastructure and the various applications that rely on it, ensuring high availability and performance across distributed systems. Your work will involve deep technical analysis of blockchain architectures and the implementation of scalable solutions. You can work from anywhere in the world.

• Design, implement, and maintain complex infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and GitOps methodologies.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters to support diverse blockchain workloads.
• Operate and maintain Blockchain RPC nodes and Validators for major networks like Ethereum and Solana.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a distributed team environment. You should be comfortable thinking critically about complex system designs and documenting your findings to help the team improve. Strong communication skills in English are essential for our collaborative workflow. You should possess deep expertise in distributed systems and be proficient in at least one programming language. We value individuals who take initiative and are eager to dive into documentation, codebases, and community channels to master new technologies and debug issues effectively.
