Senior Staff Frontend Engineer at StackedSP

We are a seed-stage company founded in 2023, currently operating with a lean team of fewer than ten people. We specialize in AI and sales intelligence, having recently secured over $12 million in funding to build a platform that automates lead generation and business development for entrepreneurs. As we scale our operations in Toronto, we are looking for a Senior Staff Frontend Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. You will help us shape the future of B2B sales automation by working with our core stack, which includes React, Node, TypeScript, and Python, alongside advanced machine learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine the frontend interface for our AI-driven sales automation platform, ensuring high performance and a seamless user experience.
• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, including the design, coding, testing, and deployment of complex features.
• Influence our early-stage technical architecture and infrastructure decisions as we prepare for a period of rapid growth.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline from a reputable institution.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency in React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
• A deep passion for innovation and a preference for candidates who have previously served as a founder or an early employee at a venture-backed startup.
• The ability to work in a hybrid model based out of our Toronto hub.
