The opportunity

We are searching for a Senior Staff DevOps Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be a key player in managing our mission-critical systems and enhancing our infrastructure. You will work closely with our engineering teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that our platform remains scalable, secure, and efficient as we grow. This is a hybrid position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a high-impact mission.

A day in the life

• You will design and manage robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure our software delivery remains smooth and efficient.
• You will automate infrastructure provisioning using modern tools like Terraform, Helm, Argo, and Crossplane.
• You will optimize our cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP to ensure the best possible performance and cost-effectiveness.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in DevOps and a passion for automation. You communicate effectively in English and thrive in fast-paced environments where problem-solving is a daily necessity. Your technical toolkit includes:

• Extensive experience with containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
• A deep understanding of infrastructure as code and cloud-native platforms.
• A collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to work alongside development and operations teams to streamline workflows.
• A commitment to staying current with industry trends to keep our systems at the cutting edge.
