What you bring

In this full-time, remote role based in Canada, you will serve as the first member of our dedicated performance marketing team. You will have the autonomy to build our strategy from the ground up, setting the standard for how we reach and engage our audience. Your work will directly impact our revenue growth and market presence. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and executing innovative performance marketing strategies that focus on B2B customer acquisition and retention.
• Managing multi-channel campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads while utilizing HubSpot for marketing automation.
• Analyzing campaign performance data to provide actionable insights that optimize our return on investment and overall efficiency.

Requirements

We are looking for a mid-level professional who brings at least seven years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within the B2B sector. You should be a self-starter who communicates effectively and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools is essential for this role. While a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, we value your ability to translate complex data into successful strategies. Fluency in English is required, and the ability to speak Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German is considered a significant asset.

What we offer
