Overview

Are you ready to take the helm as the Senior Specialist, Performance Marketing at Prosci? We're seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our performance marketing efforts, charting the course for growth, engagement, and revenue within the B2B sector. As the initial member of our performance marketing team, you'll have the exciting task of laying down the groundwork for success. You'll have the autonomy to establish best practices, collaborate with colleagues across our markets, and utilize your expertise to craft strategies that will drive our company to new heights. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute innovative performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth within the B2B space.
  • Develop and implement best practices for performance marketing including campaign planning, execution, optimization and measurement.
  • Manage the working relationship with current agencies and help define the right path forward.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on performance marketing, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategy development and execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns, targeting and channel performance, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Own the planning, execution and analysis of multi-channel campaigns across paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing and more.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Technical/Functional Skills

  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation tools, specifically HubSpot and in managing paid media platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant digital advertising channels.
  • Team player interested in learning and working closely with marketing teams in our markets, as well as cross-functionally with our growth teams, product team, research team.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Data analysis, proficiency with business intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on B2B marketing and global campaign oversight.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive business results.
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments within marketing (content, web, data, analytics)

Additional Preferences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Spanish, Portuguese, French, German speaking a plus

Travel Requirements: None

Work Location: Remote within US or Canada

Base Compensation: For Canada $84,000 - $105,000 is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. You may also be eligible to receive bonus and benefits.
