What you bring

As a Senior Specialist - Finance Business Partner, you will serve as a key advisor, consolidating financial data and collaborating with leadership to drive sound management decisions. This full-time role is based in the United Arab Emirates and operates on a hybrid schedule. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing complex forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities for regional business units.
• Developing sophisticated financial models to provide actionable insights into performance trends and business outlooks.
• Partnering with senior business leaders and finance teams to identify synergies and challenge existing strategies to ensure financial transparency.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess 5 to 7 years of experience within financial systems. We are looking for a candidate with deep expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and advanced proficiency in Excel, specifically regarding financial modelling and analysis. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate a proactive, service-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate is an independent thinker who can represent finance across cross-functional teams and effectively communicate complex financial results to diverse stakeholders.
