Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team in India. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for a seasoned professional with at least four years of experience. You will serve as a vital link between our technology and our customers, ensuring that our enterprise partners get the most out of our SaaS platform.
Your impact
- Act as the primary technical advisor for our enterprise clients, managing high-level support calls and ensuring complex technical issues are resolved effectively.
- Take ownership of escalated cases by collaborating with internal engineering and product teams to perform root cause analysis and maintain strict service level agreements.
- Mentor junior team members and lead internal process improvements, including the development of documentation and troubleshooting guides to optimize our support operations.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a strong communicator who is comfortable working in English and capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences. You should also possess the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in technical support or solutions engineering within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, specifically with Google Cloud Platform, and a strong command of RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and optimization, alongside experience in scripting languages like Python, Bash, Javascript, or Java.
- A proven ability to manage escalations, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to work across time zones to support our European operations.
