What you bring
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will operate at the intersection of machine learning, enterprise commerce, and fraud prevention. This full-time, remote position requires a seasoned professional who can act as a strategic partner to our largest merchants. You will be responsible for designing complex technical solutions that address unique data challenges while driving growth for our clients. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Account Executives to lead the end-to-end sales cycle, serving as the technical authority from discovery through contract execution.
- Architecting and designing tailored API integrations that align with merchant business models and platform standards.
- Consulting on data strategy and fraud risk profiles to ensure optimal machine learning model performance and financial guarantee eligibility.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with at least five years of experience in a senior technical, customer-facing role such as a Solutions Architect or Principal Solutions Engineer. You should possess deep expertise in designing API integrations, including REST, webhooks, and event-driven architectures. A successful candidate will have a strong grasp of machine learning concepts and how they apply to fraud detection, payments processing, and risk decisioning. You must be comfortable working with enterprise-level merchants, possess the ability to build credibility with C-suite stakeholders, and demonstrate a proven track record of co-selling in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
What we offer
