What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer to join us on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our developers, helping them boost productivity by building robust testing frameworks and sharing insights on best practices. You will be based anywhere, provided you can align with our core hours. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining scalable testing frameworks and tools that empower our developers to write efficient code.
• Designing comprehensive testing strategies that account for system-wide impacts and ensure high-quality, reliable releases.
• Collaborating directly with the engineering team to implement unit and integration testing while providing guidance on complex scenarios and edge cases.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a deep technical background in engineering and test automation, specifically within the MERN stack. You should have a proven track record of building testing strategies for large-scale systems and a solid understanding of how various components interact within a complex codebase. We value excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, as you will be working closely with developers to improve overall system reliability. Proficiency in English is required, and we are looking for someone who is hungry to learn and eager to drive quality across our product.
