What you'll be doing
- You will design and build robust software solutions that empower our engineering teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
- You will lead large-scale test automation initiatives and research new technologies to improve our overall testing infrastructure.
- You will collaborate with our infrastructure and SRE teams to optimize build pipelines while monitoring environments to resolve incidents and maintain system reliability.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software quality and a passion for scalable engineering. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in testing, with a focus on web applications and working within agile product teams.
- Over 6 years of hands-on experience with UI and API automation, as well as managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with modern test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Puppeteer, Appium, XCode, and Espresso.
- Strong communication skills in English to facilitate seamless collaboration across our global, remote teams.
- A proactive mindset for identifying technical improvements and a commitment to using data-driven metrics to elevate software quality.
