Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a management-level position based in France or the United States, perfect for a leader with 5 to 15 years of experience who is ready to guide our development squad toward ambitious goals.

Your impact

Lead the daily delivery of your development squad using LEAN principles to ensure high-value increments and measurable impact.
Define the strategic vision for your team, with the specific goal of scaling our SaaS business line to become our primary focus over the next two years.
Foster the professional growth of your team members through continuous feedback, personalized career planning, and active mentorship.

What you'll need

You should be a user-centric and business-driven leader who thrives on data-backed decision-making. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being hands-on while also capable of setting high-level technical architecture.

At least 3 years of experience in a management role, with a strong background as a software engineer.
Fluency in both English and French.
Technical familiarity with our stack, including NestJS, React, TypeScript, and Google Cloud.
A commitment to TDD and clean architectural practices.
A curious mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies like AI and no-code solutions.
