Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a management-level position based in France or the United States, perfect for a leader with 5 to 15 years of experience who is ready to guide our development squad toward ambitious goals.
Your impact
- Lead the daily delivery of your development squad using LEAN principles to ensure high-value increments and measurable impact.
- Define the strategic vision for your team, with the specific goal of scaling our SaaS business line to become our primary focus over the next two years.
- Foster the professional growth of your team members through continuous feedback, personalized career planning, and active mentorship.
What you'll need
You should be a user-centric and business-driven leader who thrives on data-backed decision-making. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being hands-on while also capable of setting high-level technical architecture.
- At least 3 years of experience in a management role, with a strong background as a software engineer.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Technical familiarity with our stack, including NestJS, React, TypeScript, and Google Cloud.
- A commitment to TDD and clean architectural practices.
- A curious mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies like AI and no-code solutions.
