The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our high-growth team in the United States. In this role, you will be a key player in our engineering department, tackling complex systems problems and owning solutions across our entire stack. You will work closely with our researchers and product teams to translate cutting-edge AI and cognitive science into practical tools that improve digital experiences for some of the world’s most recognizable companies. This is a full-time, hybrid position where you will have the autonomy to shape our architecture while working with a small, highly skilled group of peers.

A day in the life

• You will design and maintain a globally distributed, serverless architecture that processes data at a massive scale.
• You will leverage large datasets to power our advanced AI algorithms and build robust RAG pipelines.
• You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to prioritize product improvements and implement clean, stable, and maintainable code.

We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional industry experience or a BS in Computer Science.
• Strong expertise in building high-availability cloud applications on AWS.
• Proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or Go.
• Proven experience managing data pipelines at scale using tools like Flink or Spark.
• A solid foundation in analytical thinking, with a background in statistics or UX being a significant plus.
• You must be located within the United States to be eligible for this role.
