Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in the United States. You will be working with a highly experienced group of engineers to push the boundaries of our multi-chain token distribution protocols and infrastructure.

Your impact

• Optimize performance: You will refine our transaction payloads to ensure minimal fees and efficient signing processes.
• Develop new features: You will build and scale financial operation tools that support massive asset distributions for our self-serve product.
• Enhance security: You will work closely with top-tier security auditors and expand our cross-chain test suite written in Rust to maintain the highest standards of safety.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of professional engineering experience in fast-paced environments, including 2 years dedicated to smart contract development.
• A deep appreciation for clean, performant code and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Proven ability to lead large technical initiatives while coordinating with multiple developers.
• A humble, growth-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team.
• A solid understanding of current protocol implementations and common security vulnerabilities.
• Proficiency in Rust or similar systems-level languages is highly valued.
• Fluency in English.
