Tweeq is a Saudi-based fintech, offering tailor-made payment and financial solutions. Our mission is to help individuals and SMEs in MENAP manage their money better and meet their financial needs by building the best mobile-first spending account.

Responsibilities

Scope and lead large technical projects, laying the groundwork for early-stage products to iteratively evolve and scale.

Work with our partners to launch new markets, payment technologies, and capabilities.

Work with engineers across the company to understand when existing infrastructure can be leveraged vs. when building a new solution is needed.

Develop and execute against both short-term and long-term roadmaps.

Make effective trade-offs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation.

Teach and mentor individual contributors. As a senior member, you will be looked to for guidance.

Requirements

You’ll have a strong technical background.

Measure your success in terms of business impact, not lines of code.

Work well cross-functionally and earn trust from co-workers at all levels.

Prefer simple solutions and designs over complex ones, and have a good intuition for what will last and scale.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with financial product companies and an interest in financial products and markets.

Served as the technical lead and defined the roadmap for complex projects spanning multiple teams and functions.

Care deeply about mentorship and growing engineers.
