What you'll be doing
- You will take full ownership of features and services, managing everything from initial deployment and testing to ongoing monitoring and debugging.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape our product roadmap, using data-driven insights to conduct experiments and improve user experiences.
- You will maintain high engineering standards by performing thorough code reviews and providing mentorship to junior developers on the team.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable working across the entire stack. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 4 years of professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience building backend services with Python or Node.
- At least 2 years of experience working with a modern frontend framework like React.
- A strong grasp of web services, system design, and modern web technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced startup environment.
- A proven track record of mentoring junior developers and driving complex projects from start to finish.
- Proficiency in English.
