We are Osmind, a San Francisco-based public benefit corporation dedicated to transforming mental healthcare. As the premier platform for clinicians and researchers, we provide the first electronic health record technology specifically designed for interventional psychiatry, including ketamine, psychedelic medicine, and transcranial magnetic stimulation. Our team of scientists, technologists, and psychiatrists is backed by leading investors like General Catalyst and Y Combinator, and we are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. Whether you prefer to work remotely or join us in our San Francisco office for a hybrid experience, you will play a vital role in building software that addresses the global mental health crisis.

- Use data-driven insights to prioritize your work and ensure that your contributions have a meaningful, real-world impact on patients and providers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing production-grade SaaS software.
- A quality-first mindset with the ability to navigate trade-offs between speed and system complexity.
- Strong competence in data modeling for relational databases.
- A genuine interest in advancing mental healthcare and improving the patient journey.
- Proficiency or a strong aptitude for our core technology stack, which includes TypeScript, JavaScript, React, React Native, Node.js, Postgres, and AWS Lambda.
What we offer
- The flexibility of hybrid or remote work arrangements.
- The opportunity to work with a tight-knit, collaborative team that is intellectually rigorous and deeply committed to social impact.
- A chance to contribute to a public benefit corporation that is actively setting new standards for mental health research and clinical treatment.
