- Lead the development and implementation of systems that scale our core business operations.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships or academic projects.
- Proficiency in both backend and frontend development, with specific experience in Python, Golang, or TypeScript.
- Strong expertise in React and familiarity with modern frontend frameworks.
- Practical experience working with relational databases, specifically Postgres.
- A solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
- Exceptional analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior professional experience working with investment tools, financial data, or market systems.
- Familiarity with pipeline management systems such as Airflow.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is 180,000 USD to 250,000 USD, supplemented by a competitive equity package. Your final compensation will be determined based on your unique experience, skills, and qualifications.
