Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States, designed for a seasoned professional with over seven years of experience. You will work within a small, entrepreneurial environment where you will have the autonomy to solve complex problems and provide technical leadership as we expand our footprint in the financial services and insurance sectors.
Your impact
- Design and develop intelligent software solutions that utilize AI to drive automation, speed, and reliability across our platform.
- Build and maintain critical third-party integrations with industry-leading property management systems to ensure seamless, high-quality user experiences.
- Provide technical mentorship to your peers while championing best practices in secure coding, testing, and cloud-enabled architecture.
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of professional programming experience, ideally supported by a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven expertise in OOP, microservices, serverless environments, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Microsoft Copilot to enhance development speed.
- Full-stack development experience and a solid understanding of DevOps, Scrum, and rigorous testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment that values collective code ownership.
- Fluency in English.
