The opportunity

In this full-time, remote role, you will act as a player-coach, bridging the gap between technical execution and team leadership. You will not just be writing code, but also helping us build a movement by hiring the right people and fostering a culture of excellence. We need someone who understands the full stack, from cloud infrastructure to front-end applications, and who can guide our team through complex, ambiguous projects with a clear sense of purpose.

A day in the life

• You will design and maintain scalable systems using modern technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and various cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• You will mentor team members and managers, sharing your expertise in continuous delivery and microservices to ensure we are always shipping high-quality, measurable results.
• You will collaborate on architectural decisions, using frameworks like Lean Startup or Kanban to keep our work focused, impactful, and aligned with our customers' needs.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer who is comfortable working across the entire stack and possesses a deep understanding of computer science fundamentals. You communicate fluently in English and bring a DevOps mindset to everything you do. You are someone who thrives when faced with immense challenges and you find joy in nurturing the people around you. You value having strong opinions that are loosely held, and you are always eager to learn new technologies that help us move faster. It is a bonus if you have a history of contributing to open source projects or if you particularly enjoy the collaborative nature of pair programming.
