What you bring

As a Senior Software Engineer working in a full time capacity, you will play a vital role in our Manufacturing department. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable software that ensures our high-quality robotics, such as the Chuck and Porter AMR systems, are built to perfection. This role is based in Bulgaria and operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring you to balance independent development with team collaboration. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Designing and building extensible software solutions that balance performance with cost efficiency.
• Managing the full development lifecycle, including writing automated tests and maintaining GitLab pipelines for deployment.
• Mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure our products consistently meet user needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in computer science and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code. We expect you to be proficient in our core technology stack, which includes TypeScript, React, Java 17+, Spring Boot 3, and AWS. You should have a solid grasp of object-oriented principles and design patterns, along with practical experience using Linux, Git, Docker, and Python. We value candidates who are result-oriented, possess excellent problem-solving abilities, and demonstrate a proactive mindset toward continuous learning. Proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively across our global teams.
