Key outcomes

• Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable integrations that directly support our core business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring team members, establishing high coding standards, and guiding the overall engineering strategy.
• Write clean, efficient code primarily using Golang and Python.
• Design and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS to ensure our systems remain reliable and performant.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing automated processes and efficient workflows.
• Actively participate in the recruitment process to help us build and scale a high-performing engineering organization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in technical leadership, with a demonstrated ability to guide and grow successful engineering teams.
• Strong proficiency in Golang and a deep understanding of integration development.
• Expertise in AWS services, including S3, Athena, and Glue, with a focus on cloud infrastructure.
• Practical experience working with PostgreSQL databases.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical details to a variety of stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Background in the fintech or payments industry.
• Experience working effectively within distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Dagster.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
