By partnering with public school districts and insurance providers, we deliver evidence-based therapy to students aged 6 to 19. What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team on a full-time, hybrid basis within the United States. You will act as a key contributor to our greenfield application development, helping us build a platform that serves kids, parents, clinicians, and school staff. Your role will involve a mix of frontend and backend responsibilities as you help us innovate in the mental health space.

• Take full ownership of product features from the initial scoping and architecture phases through testing and final rollout.
• Collaborate directly with product managers and fellow engineers to brainstorm and implement effective solutions for our users.
• Design and expand the capabilities of our core technology stack, specifically focusing on our Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a generalist with at least four years of experience building complex web applications from start to finish. You should be comfortable working across the entire stack and possess strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails or React. We value candidates who bring high empathy, excellent communication skills, and a low-ego approach to problem-solving. You must be able to drive your work forward autonomously in a fast-paced environment. While not required, experience with GraphQL, NextJS, DevOps, or the healthtech industry will certainly help your application stand out.
