What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join us on a full-time basis at our location in Poland. In this role, you will be a key decision-maker, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build features that span our entire system. Your work will directly impact our business, sales, and operations by solving genuine user pain points. You will be expected to perform the following responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust APIs, services, and systems across our various engineering teams.
• Take ownership of debugging complex production issues across multiple layers of our stack.
• Partner with engineers throughout the company to develop and scale new features.
• Actively improve our internal engineering standards, tooling, and development processes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in environments with many moving parts. You should have at least 6 years of professional software development experience, specifically with functional programming languages like Elixir or Erlang. You must possess a deep understanding of microservice architecture, relational databases at scale, and distributed programming challenges. Proficiency with message queues such as RabbitMQ and Kafka is essential. Furthermore, you should be comfortable working with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Prometheus. We value candidates who communicate effectively in English and who take a thoughtful, balanced approach to technical decision-making.
