What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our remote-first team on a full-time basis. You will play a pivotal role in modernizing our platform, working across the full stack to deliver high-quality solutions. Because we operate as a distributed team, you can work from anywhere you are most productive. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Designing and delivering end-to-end features, ranging from internal operational tools to customer-facing experiences for homeowners.
• Writing and deploying production-grade code while managing the full lifecycle from technical design to monitoring.
• Collaborating with product and design teams to translate complex, real-world construction processes into reliable software.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a pragmatic problem solver who is comfortable working with our core stack, which includes TypeScript, Node, React, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS. You should have at least seven years of professional experience and a proven track record of shipping impactful products. We value engineers who actively integrate AI tools into their daily workflows to enhance productivity. Beyond technical proficiency, you should be a self-directed leader who communicates clearly in writing and thrives in a collaborative, high-impact environment. A strong ability to balance rapid iteration with long-term system reliability is essential for success in this role.
