The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our platform team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a critical part in our next major project. You will be at the heart of our technical operations, helping us build scalable systems and robust infrastructure that our entire organization relies on. If you enjoy solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment and want to work with a team of world-class experts in static analysis and software security, this is the place for you.

A day in the life

• You will design and build a scalable CI system from the ground up to handle the testing and release of thousands of legacy open-source software packages.
• You will implement reproducible, hermetic builds for our polyglot monorepo using tools like Bazel.
• You will develop a secure attestation framework and implement APIs using gRPC to ensure our build and test processes remain reliable and transparent.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer with at least 5 years of experience who thrives when tackling the complexities of the software supply chain. You communicate clearly in English and enjoy collaborating with others to find the best architectural solutions. Your background includes:

• Deep expertise in at least one of these languages: Golang, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Proven experience managing CI/CD pipelines within a large-scale monorepo environment.
• A solid understanding of distributed systems and a knack for troubleshooting root causes.
• Familiarity with APIs and a strong grasp of software engineering principles.
• Bonus points if you have practical experience with Bazel.
