We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in the United States. As a core member of our engineering and product group, you will report directly to our CTO and play a pivotal role in shaping our technical roadmap and company culture.

Responsibilities

Design and implement robust full-stack features for our flagship web platform.
Take ownership of technical projects, from managing our component architecture to overseeing infrastructure and documentation.
Balance the need for rapid product delivery with long-term technical strategy, including managing tech debt and improving CI/CD processes.
Mentor junior engineers and actively participate in recruiting efforts to help scale our team.
Collaborate closely with product and design leads to define features and improve our internal engineering processes.
Contribute to the broader business, including opportunities to get involved in marketing, operations, and growth initiatives.

Must-haves

At least 4 years of professional experience building complex web applications.
A proven track record of success as a lead developer.
Proficiency with our core technology stack, including React, TypeScript, and Golang.
Experience working with AWS services such as DynamoDB, Lambda, Cognito, and Cloudwatch.
A strong desire to work in an on-site, highly collaborative environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage in constructive, respectful technical debates.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Experience with our specific library ecosystem, including Tailwind, MUI, Redux, and AmplifyJS.
Familiarity with infrastructure tools like Cloudformation and SQS.
Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
