What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position that requires availability during U.S. business hours. As a senior member of our engineering team, you will be expected to bring 6 to 8 years of professional experience in building web applications to help us scale our platform and support our growing user base.

• Translate product requirements into functional features by estimating and executing user stories.
• Design and implement robust systems that address critical business challenges while refining our existing architecture for better scalability and reliability.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across departments to improve internal tools and processes.

You are a seasoned professional who thrives in a startup environment and understands the nuances of enterprise software. You possess strong communication skills and can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with ease. Our stack relies heavily on Salesforce and AWS, so we are looking for someone with the following technical background:

• Extensive experience with Salesforce infrastructure, including Apex and the LWC framework.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS serverless services, specifically Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
• Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence, and GitHub to manage workflows and documentation.
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time while maintaining a sharp eye for detail.
• Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively across different time zones.
