What you'll be doing
- Work alongside our Product and Growth team to implement requirements that boost cloud product activation and ensure we meet our business objectives.
- Drive the product roadmap by developing new features, enhancing existing functionality, and building new cloud or on-premise products from the ground up.
- Manage ongoing maintenance and collaborate with our support team to resolve complex technical escalations.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in building high-volume SaaS applications and a collaborative mindset. We are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Professional proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML5, and React.
- Experience using Git for version control and managing code repositories.
- A proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Comfort working within an Agile development environment and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Heroku and message queuing systems like RabbitMQ is a plus.
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively with our global team.
