We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team in India. At Sitetracker, we provide a comprehensive project management platform that helps industries like telecommunications, utilities, and renewable energy manage complex infrastructure deployments, and we are excited to have you help us scale our mobile experience.

Responsibilities

Architect and deliver new customer-facing features for our mobile application while maintaining existing functionality.
Collaborate closely with our Product and Design teams to expand our reach into new markets.
Build complex mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high-quality code through Test Driven Development.
Integrate REST APIs to process large datasets efficiently in the background.
Apply deep knowledge of JavaScript, including closures, promises, and web workers.
Monitor performance and debug mobile applications to ensure a smooth user experience.
Translate pixel-perfect design mockups into functional, high-performing code.
Utilize Redux to manage application state effectively.
Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews to maintain high technical standards.

Must-haves

Extensive experience in mobile application development for both Android and iOS.
Strong proficiency in React Native and JavaScript.
Proven ability to work with Redux and REST APIs.
A commitment to writing clean, testable code and following Test Driven Development practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Professional fluency in English.
