Role at a glance

This is a full-time, senior-level position that can be performed remotely. While we embrace a flexible, distributed work culture, please note that individuals living within 30 miles of our St. Louis Park, Minnesota office will follow a hybrid schedule with three days on-site each week.

Your impact

• Architect and develop new features for our CRM platform using the latest industry-standard tooling.
• Collaborate across functional teams to design innovative software enhancements and solve intricate technical problems.
• Provide technical leadership by performing deep analysis, guiding system design, and mentoring fellow engineers to foster team growth.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in computer science and a passion for modern web technologies. You should be comfortable communicating in English and have the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of professional experience building scalable web services within an agile, team-based environment.
• Proficiency in C# or PHP, paired with strong front-end skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like Vue or React.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ for messaging and AWS cloud services for infrastructure.
• A deep understanding of automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment automation.
• The ability to thrive in a high-growth culture with a resilient, curious, and collaborative mindset.

Perks and compensation

The annual base salary for this role ranges from $120,000 to $140,000. Beyond your base pay, we offer a comprehensive package to support your well-being and long-term success:
