Role at a glance
This is a full-time, senior-level position that can be performed remotely. While we embrace a flexible, distributed work culture, please note that individuals living within 30 miles of our St. Louis Park, Minnesota office will follow a hybrid schedule with three days on-site each week.
Your impact
- Architect and develop new features for our CRM platform using the latest industry-standard tooling.
- Collaborate across functional teams to design innovative software enhancements and solve intricate technical problems.
- Provide technical leadership by performing deep analysis, guiding system design, and mentoring fellow engineers to foster team growth.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in computer science and a passion for modern web technologies. You should be comfortable communicating in English and have the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of professional experience building scalable web services within an agile, team-based environment.
- Proficiency in C# or PHP, paired with strong front-end skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like Vue or React.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ for messaging and AWS cloud services for infrastructure.
- A deep understanding of automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment automation.
- The ability to thrive in a high-growth culture with a resilient, curious, and collaborative mindset.
Perks and compensation
