About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain the scalable software solutions that power our core products. We value engineers who are eager to take ownership of our tech stack and contribute meaningfully to our development process. Please note that while this position is remote, you must reside in Canada, the U.S., or Mexico to be eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Scale our Python-based web applications to support our rapid company growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to define our engineering strategy and mission.
• Lead complex projects by delegating tasks and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background and a passion for building high-quality software. We look for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience working on core architecture and features at a growth-stage technology company.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, and HTML/CSS.
• Proven experience working with React.
• Bonus points if you have experience with Postgres administration, AWS, Docker, or web application performance monitoring.

This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere within Canada, the U.S., or Mexico.
